Recent market forces have caused homebuilders to increasingly recognize the high profit potential of high and medium-density residential developments. These projects are our specialty. Over the past two years we have been involved in the planning, design and permitting of more than 18 high-density, condo, and medium-density residential projects in the Sacramento area.
