Andy has over 13 years experience in the land development and engineering industry. He also has experience in construction claims consulting and avoidance, value engineering, and project control and scheduling. Andy has taken more than 30 private land development projects from due diligence through the construction phase, including subdivisions, apartments, zero-lot line subdivisions, offices, commercial projects, restaurants, hotels, churches, mini-storages, and industrial projects.

He has extensive experience in entitlement processing, acquiring and managing sub-consultants, due-diligence assistance, preliminary layouts and studies, use permits, re-zoning, parking studies, feasibility studies, applications, permit processing, cost estimates, subdivision design, extensive grading design, water system design and pressure calculations, hydrology studies, retaining wall design and calculations, erosion control, permit processing, fee calculations, and accessible path of travel plans.
