Jared Brown is known in the Sacramento region for his experience, attention to detail and his ability to complete complicated projects quickly. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in all aspects of Project Management including acquiring and managing sub-consultants and reviewing their work on the clients behalf. He also has experience in value engineering, project control and scheduling.
He has taken more than 60 private land development projects from planning through the construction phase. These projects include residential subdivisions, town homes, apartments, condominiums, commercial projects, restaurants, hotels, churches, mini-storages, industrial projects and large big box retail. He has experience in all phases of the site-development process. His planning-phase experience includes preliminary layout or concept site planning, feasibility studies, use permitting, re-zoning, tentative map processing, general plan amendments, cost estimating, EIR processing, EIAQ processing, consultant coordination and representing the development at city and county hearings.
His engineering-phase experience includes residential subdivision improvements, extensive grading design, domestic and fire water system, sewer system design, storm drain system design, storm detention and treatment design, retaining wall design, erosion control, permit processing, fee calculations, accessible path of travel plans / ADA conformity and construction coordination, construction drawings preparation and processing.
